Worth it with the first-time offer
I was looking for some new clothes that actually fit well without being huge. I picked up a Pique Polo and some Boxer Briefs. I used the first-time customer discount, which was 15% off, and that made the total feel much more reasonable. I probably wouldn't have tried them otherwise. The polo fits better than anything I've bought from other big and tall stores before, it's actually tailored. The Boxer Briefs are also very comfortable. Good quality, delivery could improve
I ordered the Heavyweight Tee and a pair of Lounge Pants. The fabric quality is really good, they feel durable and comfortable, especially the tee. The sizing chart was accurate, which is always a relief with big and tall clothes. Shipping took 7 days to get to my place in Ohio, which felt a bit long, but they did arrive safely. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the shipping status, so that was a plus. Overall, I'm satisfied with the products themselves, just wish delivery was a little quicker.
